Sofar Sounds was founded in London in 2009 on the initiative of a two-man international team – Rocky Start and Rafe Offer. It’s atmospheric, acoustic – and most importantly – intimate concerts are held in private apartments. When you sign up for the concert, you only know the date and time, with the place of the concert and the line-up a secret until the last moment. Sofar operates on a voluntary basis, bringing together music enthusiasts from around the world.
