Catalogue design for the Herbst Palace Museum. It was one of the elements of the new visual identity developed by UV Warsaw. Designers describe their approach: “It was important that the design reflects the nature of the place and communicates the character of historical art in a manner appropriate for a modern audience.” Publication contains reproductions of the most interesting paintings from the collections of MPH. White rectangle on the cover had to tease, surprise, excite curiosity.
Projekt katalogu dla Muzeum Pałacu Herbsta. Była to jedna ze składowych opracowanej przez UV Warsaw identyfikacji wizualnej. W całości projektu zależało autorom, aby dawna sztuka była postrzegana z dzisiejszej perspektywy. Opisują swoje podejście: “Istotne było to, aby identyfikacja oddawała charakter miejsca i komunikowała, że jest to instytucja pokazująca sztukę dawną, ale w sposób odpowiedni dla współczesnego odbiorcy. Wydawnictwo zawiera reprodukcje najciekawszych dzieł malarskich ze zbiorów MPH. Biały prostokąt na okładce miał drażnić, zaskakiwać, pobudzać ciekawość.
