Book design for a collection of interesting articles by Prof. Ryszard K. Przybylski, published between 1978–2014, that are arranged thematically into four chapters
– Literature, Art, Media and Miscellanea. The texts show the diversity of his fields of interest, as well as the extent of the author’s expertise. 

Projekt książki będącej zbiorem interesujących artykułów prof. Ryszarda K. Przybylskiego publikowanych w latach 1978–2014 i ułożonych tematycznie w cztery rozdziały: Literatura, Sztuka, Media i Varia. Teksty ukazują różnorodność pól zainteresowań i rozległość kompetencji autora.

This project interprets Italo Calvino’s novel If on a Winter’s Night a Traveler, and consists of two books. The first contains the novel’s text, in which key words have been highlighted and numbered in the margins. These numbers refer to the pages of the second book Data, which expands upon the literary plots and terms throughout the novel. The latter is a collection of visual representations of information based on data extracted from the novel’s text. The covers are designed so that one is the negative of the other. 

Projekt jest interpretacją powieści Italo Calvino „If on a winter’s night a traveler”. Składa się z dwóch książek. Pierwsza zawiera tekst powieści, w którym pewne słowa klucze zostały wyróżnione i opatrzone numerami na marginesach. Liczby te odsyłają do stron drugiej książki „Data” („dane”), na których pokazany jest rozwój konkretnych wątków i określeń na przestrzeni powieści. Druga książka („data”) to zbiór różnorodnych wizualizacji informacji na podstawie danych, wyekstrahowanych z tekstu powieści. Okładki zaprojektowane są tak, aby każda z nich stanowiła negatyw drugiej.

Cud [Miracle] is the catalog which accompanied an exhibition whose purpose was to examine and analyze the phenomena referred to as “miracles” while finding related connotations and searching for their artistic equivalents. By touching the cover, one could perform the eponymous miracle, as behind a layer of black thermochromic paint lies a colorful “holy image.” A rainbow color scheme is also visible inside in the form of gradients on each chapter page. The typographic layout, although very modern, recalls the layouts of ancient books, including The Bible. 

„Cud” to katalog towarzyszący wystawie, której celem było przebadanie i przeanalizowanie zjawisk określanych mianem cudu oraz odnalezienie skojarzeń znaczeniowych i poszukiwanie ich artystycznych ekwiwalentów. Powstał pomysł, by za pomocą dotknięcia okładki można było dokonać tytułowego „cudu”. Za warstwą czarnej farby termochromowej kryje się barwny „święty obrazek”. Tęczowa kolorystyka pojawia się również w środku w postaci gradientów na stronach rozpoczynających poszczególne rozdziały. Układ typograficzny, choć bardzo współczesny, nawiązuje do układu starych ksiąg, m.in. Pisma Świętego.
